•  Module 1: Fundamentals of Family Coaching
  

  An introduction to the ICF core competencies and how these research-based models offer a coaching framework which is essential for effective family coaching.
  Learn how to utilize a distinctive coaching framework. You will create a solid family coaching philosophy of your own as to be able to integrate it into your family coaching vision and purpose.
  This will assist you in being able to discern the difference between coaching, therapy, psychotherapy, consulting and other support professions.

• Module 2: The Parent as Coach Approach
  

  Dive into strategies for empowering parents to adopt a coaching mindset with their children, emphasizing the transformative "Seven Ways" Structure.
  

• We will ask you to read The Parent as Coach Approach book along with your learning and see the changes even in you as you form a base for your coaching voice and message. You can download this book from the module. Free to you!

• 
  Parent as Coach was built on the rock of the core competencies alongside the coaching standards of today which will strengthen your intuition, curiosity, flexibility and inner-clarity to remain client-centered.

  Module 3: Advanced Fundamentals of Family Coaching

  Explore complex dynamics within the family unit, enhancing your ability to guide decision-making and communication.

  You will learn that it is imperative to establish professional boundaries as to who is being coached and not being coached, within the family system.
   
  From this place of trust and safety the family coach becomes an advocate for them and allows the person being coached to feel respected, listened to and understood. As trusted family coaches, the client(s) and the coach “dance in the moment” learning together, and this may be a very unique experience to the client. The coach then learns to calibrate to the client.

   

Module 4: Specialized Family Coaching Techniques
Focus on age-specific coaching strategies, identifying your niche within the vast field of family coaching. You will learn to adapt 1-1 coaching one family member at a time, or one family at a time.   We will discover the opportunities to coach children ages 10 - 14, coach emerging adolescence, coaching ages 15 – 25, parents of all ages and all situations, grandparents and other care givers.

We will help you identify you passion for working with any and all of the many ways to enhance your love for people in all phases of life. Time is of the essence.

• Module 5: Applications of Family Coaching 
  

  Transition your learning into action, creating integration into professional practice, business development, and consolidating best practices. What you will explore is right under your feet. Listening actively throughout the coaching process allows you to find your sweet spot of coaching in the genre of coaching families.
  
  By following the trail of the client’s expression, mood, ease, energy you will learn to understand that they are in a growth space of learning. Families, kids, teenagers, parents and any and all people in the family system are in a journey of their own. By watching, listening and asking open ended questions, we will show you how to be your own best self as a Family Coach and what that entails... and to find where and how you wish to work.

  
  
  
• Module 6: Taking New and Bold Action
  

  Be a Trailblazer. The world needs us right now and we are chosen to serve with our coaching rucksack on our backs. The world is hurting. You know it and I know it. And you are not only called to do what you can locally or globally. You are called to find a stretch goal that will not only the change the people you serve. It will change you.

   

  Being a Family Coach from the Family Coach Training Academy means that you have a 2-decade group of over 400 Family Coaches in 40 countries behind you so you can stand on the shoulders who came before.

   

  Module 6 will set you up with an experiential learning assignment.  On your journey, you will set actionable goals, and prepare for practical application in real-world scenarios. You will learn how to pace your learning and where to start first.

   

  As the founder, I was in was in your shoes 25 years ago. Kind of shaking in my books to be sure. I will light the way for you as you start the journey. You will have some some "homework" to do to then head on over to the Bonus Content. We have 2 Bonus sessions for you that never time out.
